Justine Molyneux

– Chief Executive Involve Northwest


“I am a passionate, driven, enthusiastic go getter whose career has spanned a number of organisations but finally found my niche in the third sector. I enjoy taking concepts from inception to fruition with the ultimate end goal of success.
I started my career as a nursery nurse working firstly as a nanny in London and Berkshire and then coming home to work in a school nursery. Quite quickly I realised that I wanted to be a leader so at the age of 20 I gained my first management role and then by aged 22 was managing a new children’s purpose built facility in Runcorn.

After a number of happy years my sights were set on the next part of my career development and joined Health Wise Helplines as Sales Manager for educational schools resources. Whilst working at Healthwise I attained a number of management / customer service qualifications which lead to a new role as Business Development Manager / Quality Manager. In this role I was solely responsible for the company achieving:
· Investors in People
· ISO 9001:2000
· Telephone Helplines award

The biggest accolade was the company achieving the BT Vision top 100 companies’ award for quality and innovation – something I was very proud to have been a lead on.

In 2003 I decided it was time to move on and gained the position of CEO at Tranmere Alliance now known as Involve Northwest. I very quickly became aware of the excellent services the company delivered and set about with a growth and development strategy for the future. My role is the strategic driver for the organisation and have taken the company from a turnover of £168k to now £1.2 million. I am passionate about what Involve delivers and have a set plan for the future because of the work that has been successfully delivered to date.

As part of Involve I sit on a number of boards such as Lairdside Together and the Trading Standards Partnership. I also regularly attends many strategic meetings in relation to Wirral / the Northwest.

I am mum to two girls aged 7 and 8 who I adopted five years ago and last year I managed to complete a BA in Business and Enterprise.”

Lia Robinson

– Director of Operations Involve Northwest


 I joined Involve Northwest in 2006 as Project Coordinator of the ReachOut Project, now an award-winning and nationally recognised employment support model. I now hold the position of Director of Operations, managing contracts with a total value of over £1M and overseeing significant organisational growth and development.

My previous career includes Business Development Manager and UK Sales & Marketing Manager roles with Blue Chip corporates, maintaining business operations and winning new business here in the UK and across Europe, USA and Arabian Peninsula.

I care deeply about Involve Northwest; I value its community-based and professional values and the importance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I am passionate about business development, quality, project monitoring/evaluation and achieving targets on time and within budget.

Alongside the dedication to my work ,my family are my top priority!

Fiona Morgan

– Operations Officer Involve Northwest


“My main responsibilities are to support the ReachOut Director of Operations and Finance Manager in the effective delivery of the project.
I liaise with the ReachOut Employment Support Advisors and Managers across the Partnership on a daily basis to proactively co-ordinate all the administrative, finance and monitoring processes.
I process, check, approve, issue and record payments for clients who qualify for an income supplement, Travel Costs, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, Clothing and Equipment or Training Course funding for new jobs and also for gift vouchers offered to clients for sustaining employment for 26+ weeks.
I collate, monitor, evaluate and report all monthly statistics from each Partner Agency to ensure all outcomes and specific contract targets are successfully being met.
I am responsible for the quality and audit checks on all paperwork and the computerised client database system.
I co-ordinate the Work Club Timetable, Staff rotas, Team meetings, Away days, Training courses and Employment events.
I assist the recruitment processes arranging Disclosure and Barring Service Checks, maintaining and recording all personnel data including staff annual leave and sickness absences.
I also purchase any office supplies, equipment or uniforms for the project.”
